これまではパソコンを使えない人が多く、また、高価なので特定の層以外は i-mode や ez-web がインターネットでしたが、今はスマートフォンから手軽にネットに触れられるようになりました。

こうした時代の変化とともに生み出されたのが“ネットが使えるバカ”でして、彼らが普通にインターネットを利用する分には何の問題もないわけですが、ネットについての基本的知識が欠けているためにたびたび問題行動を起こしていまいます。

そして日本のインターネットは他人にとっても厳しい世界なので、呑み屋では苦笑いで聞き流される話でも、ネットに書き込んだとたん住所、氏名、年齢、顔写真、そして勤め先などありとあらゆる個人情報がネットユーザーの“娯楽の結果”として暴き出されていきます。
